This privacy policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your data when using our services, including WhatsApp Business Automation, YouTube Ad Integration, and VFD Invoicing.

2 Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

We collect your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Business TIN for account registration and invoicing purposes.

B. YouTube API Data (Google User Data)

If you connect your YouTube channel, we access:

Channel Profile: Name, ID, and Thumbnail.
Analytics: View counts and demographics (for ad reporting).
Video Management: Permission to upload/edit videos for ad insertion only.

C. WhatsApp Business API Data (Meta)

When you use our WhatsApp automation features via Embedded Signup:

Account Assets: We access your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, Phone Number ID, and Display Name to facilitate integration.
Messaging Data: We process message templates, recipient phone numbers, and message content solely to transmit them via the Meta Cloud API.
Usage Metrics: We track message delivery status (sent, delivered, read) for analytics and billing.

3 How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly to provide our core services:

Automating YouTube Ad insertion.
Facilitating WhatsApp broadcasting & automation.
Generating verified performance reports.
VFD Tax Compliance and Invoicing.

4 Data Protection and Security

We are committed to protecting your data, including **Google User Data (YouTube API)** and **Meta Business Data (WhatsApp API)**. We implement the following technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your sensitive information:

All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs (Google/Meta) is secured using **SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)** to ensure data confidentiality during transit.

Google Limited Use Policy Disclosure

ChatMe's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your Google user data.
We do not use your data for AI model training.
We do not share data with third parties unauthorized by you.
