A. Personal Information
We collect your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Business TIN for account registration and invoicing purposes.
B. YouTube API Data (Google User Data)
If you connect your YouTube channel, we access:
- Channel Profile: Name, ID, and Thumbnail.
- Analytics: View counts and demographics (for ad reporting).
- Video Management: Permission to upload/edit videos for ad insertion only.
C. WhatsApp Business API Data (Meta)
When you use our WhatsApp automation features via Embedded Signup:
- Account Assets: We access your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, Phone Number ID, and Display Name to facilitate integration.
- Messaging Data: We process message templates, recipient phone numbers, and message content solely to transmit them via the Meta Cloud API.
- Usage Metrics: We track message delivery status (sent, delivered, read) for analytics and billing.
3 How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data strictly to provide our core services:
- Automating YouTube Ad insertion.
- Facilitating WhatsApp broadcasting & automation.
- Generating verified performance reports.
- VFD Tax Compliance and Invoicing.

We are committed to protecting your data, including **Google User Data (YouTube API)** and **Meta Business Data (WhatsApp API)**. We implement the following technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your sensitive information:
